The Rapid Mixer Granulator was developed in close co-operation with pharmaceutical and chemical industry. With the help of RMG wet sifting is generally no longer necessary. After the mixing of the dry components, subsequent wet granulation occurs (without transfer of dry mixture) producing loose granules in RMG. RMG is specially designed to meet the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. We manufacture RMG from 2.5 Kg till 1KL capacity , we have models with mechanical seals in main blade and Chopper Assembly for Vacuum Transfer

The Fluid Bed Drying technique is deal for the rapid, even drying of chemical, pharmaceutical and food products. The material may be in granules, power or crystalline form. Normally an initial moisture content upto 20% is ideal but materials with higher initial moisture content can be dried successfully.

Auto Coater is designed according to the GMP criteria. Uniformly perforated S S 316 pan specially designed with widely adjustable spraying system mounted on pneumatically operated (optional) retractable arm. Optimized dying maintains the negative pressure inside the pan. Air handling system at the inlet and required scrubbing system at the exhaust. The pan is driven by variator and the spray controlled through peristaltic pump. Loading and unloading from the front through the discharge scoop. The system is provided with WIP line housed inside the stainless steel cabinet & the cabinet is completely air tight. The coating system is provided with a controlled unit. The panel PLC is suitable for both manual & automatic operation.

OPERATIONS ZERO HOLD MODEL
The liquid to be filtered is passed through the central passage of the filter cartridge from here it finds its way to the different filter plates on which suitable filter media is kept. As the liquid progresses through the filter plates and screens, the filter media, arrest the suspensions and allow the filter to flow in the shell of the main body of the filter. In some cases the process requires the recovery of the cake. The same can be collected from the top of the filter media.
The added features of this filter is that it can be backwashed without dismantling the cartridge. In case the product is same, the filter aid required after back washing is only marginal. Since the top dome is free from any piping connection, the removal of filter cartridge is very easy.

Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid form solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes.

Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The angle of lead of the lower weight to the upper weight provides variable screening pattern & output.
